ZEETRAINME

Zeenat is a full-time nurse and personal trainer.  She received her Bachelor's of Nursing from Emory University and decided to bring her passion of the human body outside of the medical field. Over the last several years, she has been dedicated to a consistent fitness regime and learning as much fitness based knowledge as possible from a variety of coaches and certified professionals.

Zeenat incorporates her educational background and career into her personal training business by using a whole body approach.  With her motivation and dedication, her goal is to help each client embark on their fitness journey and use the gym as a foundation to their health and wellness.
